Mac and I want to thank you for all your help through the years. You installed our Bigfoot system on our Carriage, Carry Late. I never thought I would pay the price for Bigfoot but I just love it. When we get to a park no matter how bad the site is all I have to do is push the button and we are level. When we had you do the installation you treaded us like part of the family. You let us stay in the rig, provided a bathroom complete with shower so we didn’t have to load the holding tank. When ever we have had a problem or question you were there even at 7AM on a Saturday morning. You walked us through getting a jack up that was stuck in the down position. With out your help three other rigs would have been sitting at the rest stop wondering what happened to us. I can tell anyone who is considering having Bigfoot installed you could not pick a better Man or Place to have it done.

Hi Roy,

I just want to thank you for the installation of my Big Foot on my Carriage Carri-lite. Well it goes back to 2007 when you installed it on my rig. The rig is a 2005 Carriage and I was recommended to you by Bucky. If it wasn’t for you and Big Foot I wouldn’t be here traveling as a full time since 2006 and through 385 campground over a 7 year period. I wouldn’t have made it through the first year if it hadnt been for you and bigfoot. In the few time I had problems I did receive immediate and accurate solutions to my two problems, I have had a great time traveling full time, thanks to big foot and you. Good luck and happy trails.

Back in Sept of 2009 when my Cameo was brand new, I had a problem with the way big foot was installed on the 5th wheel. It had been installed by Carriage at the factory. Roy had to completely remove on of the front units, re-position and re-weld and re-level. Did a perfect job and I have not had a problem since. Fortunately for me Carriage did pay for the service under warranty.
